Being in the real estate business for over thirty-five
years we met many real estate brokers. Some
were good and others not so good, but our current
real estate broker is Eva Maliarakis from Englewood
Cliffs, NJ.
First
we had an apartment to rent out. That apartment
was listed with a different broker for months
and we got on it only one low offer that fizzled
to nothing. When we met Eva we were very imprested
with her and gave her the listing. She advertised
it on the Internet with a nice description and
beautiful pictures of the exterior of the house
plus a few pictures of the interior. The result:
the apartment was rented within a few days for
the full asking price!
While
looking to buy a house in Bergen County NJ,
Eva came to our rescue. She successfully negotiated
for us a beautiful house with very difficult
owners. We got the house at the price we offered.

Needless
to say that Eva will be our rental broker in

two or sooner we will be looking to buy another
